CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
REGULAR SEASON:
A reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the reserved arrival date without any cancellation fee. The cancellation must be made in writing via email or fax and be confirmed by the hotel in writing.
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the arrival date or if there is a no-show, then the guest will be charged one night’s rate.
SPECIAL HOLIDAYS AND / OR SPECIAL DATES:
A longer cancellation period will be specified at the time the booking is made.
